To mark the closing of the 1st Samson François Forum, a gala concert was organized in the
Salle Studio of the ANMGD in Cluj.
All participants in the piano master classes, students and pupils of the Sigismund Toduta College of Music and ANMGD were invited to perform the works studied at the Samson François Forum.
At the end of the concert, Nicolas Bringuier and Olga Monakh, Artistic Directors of the Samson François International Competition (France), awarded 3 scholarships to 3 of the young pianists taking part, on behalf of the Festival Les Nocturnes du piano, chaired by Christine GASTAUD: 2 scholarships for two students in the 15-21 years category (Antonia Arpas, Grațian Timerman) and one scholarship for a student in the +21 years category (Isabela Voropciuc). These scholarships, worth almost €400 (2,000lei), are intended to cover the registration fees for the Samson François International Competition for the 3 selected pianists.
